One of the first questions teams ask before committing to any new tool is: how long until we actually see value? For AIAffiliates, the answer is 3 to 8 weeks for full implementation — but you get access to test the system in week one.
Here's what the process looks like week by week.
We start onboarding already knowing your business — because the Automation Mapping Session happens before implementation begins. That means no time wasted explaining your setup from scratch.
Week-by-week breakdown
Automation Mapping Session
2 free working sessions where we map your processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate the time/cost impact. You get a document — Automation Map — regardless of whether you sign up. See what an Automation Mapping Session covers.
First access
Core integrations go live: tracker connection (Affise, Keitaro, or Voluum), basic BigQuery setup. You get a working system to test with real data — limited scope but functional.
Messenger + rate register
Telegram indexing goes live, rate register synced, reconciliation workflow tested with real advertiser files. Team starts using the system for actual work.
Full rollout
Wiki integration, team digest setup, manager onboarding. All workflows active. For Self-Hosted deployments: server setup and security review happen in this phase.
Custom integrations (if needed)
Custom trackers, additional data sources, or specific workflows that weren't in the standard setup. Most teams are fully operational by week 5 — weeks 6-8 are for edge cases.
What affects the timeline
The main factors that push implementation toward 8 weeks rather than 3:
- Non-standard tracker — custom or less common platforms require a custom MCP connector. See which trackers are supported out of the box.
- Self-Hosted deployment — server setup, security review, and your IT team's availability add 1-2 weeks
- Large team — more managers means more messenger channels to index and more workflows to configure
- Multiple data sources — BigQuery + multiple trackers + several messenger accounts takes longer than a single-tracker setup
When do you see ROI?
Most teams notice a measurable difference in the first month — specifically on reconciliation time and ad-hoc analytics. The team audit digest typically shows its value in month two, when the first real pattern emerges that would have taken hours to find manually.
